Lincoln has finally gotten a haircut. It has been long awaited...to say the least. He's lookin' good, now! He has been such a little spit-ball lately. The weather has been really nice these past few days and we've enjoyed playing outside. A few days ago I realized that Lincoln was in need of some play shoes. I am so thankful that I got some! Yesterday we were playing outside with all of the kids and Linc's shoes were so muddy afterwards that I had to chisel the mud off of them! He and Will, Jackson, and Andrew were climbing the melting snow mound in front of their house and stomping in the wet muddy grass and puddles...Boys will be boys... It was a lot of fun to watch. I think I will get him some rain boots this week. It will save me some time cleaning off all of the mud.
On another note, Philip is slowly but surely getting over this nasty flu-bug. He has felt just awful these last few days. His sister and mother also have it and it is definitely not something that I want...Lincoln and I have been keeping our distance. Other than a cold-virus Lincoln is healthy and I (knock-on-wood) am, too.
Today is St. Patrick's Day! We wore our green proudly. It was a nice day to play outside. We were a little chilly but it was still fun. I remembered my camera so I was able to snap some pictures. Although, we only worked a half a day, it was a tiring day...when we got home from work Lincoln laid down for his nap and he slept for nearly 4 hours!!! I had to wake him up so that he would go to bed at a descent time tonight. He was exhausted! I think that this cold is kicking his bum!
Well, enjoy these pictures from the past few days!

sad thing is that it is only 10:30! Naptime is in a few hours!

Andrew went to school so Ella and I are playing on the skate ramp!

Skater-girl!

I am running fast down the ramp!!!

Go Detroit!!! Opening day is only weeks away!

this shadow is following me!

I can't get rid of it!

Ella is getting to be an amazing skateboarder!
Her brother, Jackson, is teaching her all she knows!

I like this scooter much better than the skateboard.

I really want to go down the ramp with this!

I can't wait until I am a little bit older...
then Mama says I can go down the ramp with my scooter.

Great pictures! Love the haircut! We have loved being outside too - can't wait for spring!
I love the skater pics, they are so cute. I will be in Michigan this weekend to celebrate Easter with my family. I am oringinally from there, right outside of Detroit.
