Quick catch up with LOTS of photos!!

I have WONDERFUL news to post!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My dear friends are traveling to Ethiopia to

bring home their beautiful daughter, "Helen".

They are preparing to fly out the beginning of August!!!!!!

I am so happy for them.

Well, we have been busy trying to keep cool. The weather is finally a little cooler. It was SO hot and humid! My dad built a deck and we liked it so much that he agreed to help Philip build us one. Philip and my dad have been working on it and it looks great! They took a few days off because of the heat and now after a few weeks it is completed! (it would have taken only a few days but they had to do it in Philip's down time after work) I love it! Now all we need is outdoor furniture. We will probably have to wait until next year though. We still want to finish our bathroom remodel that is STILL on limbo. (Philip demolished the bathroom before we left to Guatemala in Feb. and it is still a BIG mess) When that day comes I will be one happy mama!What else can I catch you up with...let me see...we have been hanging out with family and friends. We went swimming with Gma and Gpa Dean, Lincoln and Brayden hung out in their little pool, we played Bocce Ball with the Guiles', Jerretts', and Perrigans' and Linc and I went shopping with Gma Kelly and Brayden. Yes...for all of you who are thinking it....we did this all in a week - not a day! Geez, Lincoln is a napper at heart - he would be pretty ticked if I made him skip his beloved naps.Oh! I know what else is new! I have a new bicycle! It is pretty nice! I haven't had a bike since, like, 5th grade. Even then, I had to share it with my brother...in other words, I never got to ride it! We have gone biking and Lincoln LOVES it! Lincoln looks so cute in his little helmet.
