One Big Post: Day with the Graves' and Colorado Vacation!

Lincoln and I hung out with my cousin, Heather, and her 3 kiddos. It was a nice visit. They recently moved into a new neighborhood and it is so peaceful and quiet. The girls, Miranda and Lydia, had lots of fun playing with Lincoln. We couldn't stay long because we had to come home and pack for the Colorado trip...I procrastinated...I know...shame on me! After we went for a walk we were homeward bound.
Yea! Only one more day and we are outta here!

This is my usual spot...I LOVE to bounce on the couch!

Lydia, Miranda, and um...WOW what a pretty hairbow!

This is not my best look, eh? Lydia looks cute though!

Practice makes perfect.

Here I am, kinda, wanting back down on the floor. Can you tell??!!!

Below are the amazing pictures from our trip to "Uncle" Rick and "Aunt" Maria's house. We had so much fun. Time seemed to fly bye so fast...total bummer! Before we knew it we were on the plane and headed back home to flat land. We sure do miss the mountain views and humidity free air. As soon as we got off of the plane in Michigan Mama's hair puffed up and frizzed so badly that a bird mistakened it for a nest and landed on top of her head...OK so maybe that didn't happen...but it could have. I am REALLY looking forward to our next trip back to the beautiful city of Morrison, Colorado. We had many adventures - day after day. We went to Mt. Evans, Idaho Springs, and Boulder. We took a tour of the Denver Museum of Science and History and took a tour of the Titanic Exibit. That was quite amazing! They had a lot of items that had been brought up from the wreckage and displayed. Everything was is such great condition. We even were able to touch a piece of the hull! The hallways and rooms of the Titanic were replicated it felt like we were there...it was interesting. When we entered the exibit we were given cards with our passenger names and they told us who we were and why we were on the Titanic. It told us our class, room #, and whom we were traveling with. At the end of the tour there was a large wall that had all of the passengers names on it. We searched for our names to find out if we had survived the horrible wreck. It was a relief to see that Mama and I had. However, Papa did not...
While we were enjoying our wonderful vacation we also got to play with 2 of the sweetest doggies. Echo and Cocoa were such good dogs and I loved playing with them. Also, "Uncle" Rick has the coolest motorcycle that me and Papa were totally in to! Papa wants one really bad now. He does look pretty cool on it...
I had fun with Tommy, too. He played with me a lot and was a big helper...that's what Mama says anyways. He is a good kid and he didn't even get bored of me...who would though??!! I am only the neatest kid around!

What a site!

Papa and "Uncle" Rick walking along a 1/2 frozen lake on Mt. Evans.

I liked to mess with Tommy and turn his game off...it was fun.

Papa went hiking and came across a deer

It was an enchanted deer, I guess,
because it was in the enchanted forest.

Here is sweet Cocoa.

This is Echo.
I impressed my parents because I said her name on the way home.

Maria, Tommy, and Mama

Papa and I are checking out "Uncle" Ricks motorcycle.

It's a bird... it's a plane... NO!
It's LINCOLN!

Here is my infamous pout.

This is how me and Papa roll!

Yeah, we're cool like that.

Quenching my thirst.

Tommy "king of the mountain"

Here I am snuggling with Papi at Mt. Evans.

Here is another family hanging out at Mt. Evans.

Tommy wanted to chat with them
but they ignored him and went home...
so we did too.

WOW..such an amazing pictures...looks like a BEAUTIFUL place to visit. Just gorgeous!!!!!!! I am so glad that you had such a wonderful time. You are such a beautiful family! Well...if you want to come to Ohio to visit...you should come to the Guatemalan picnic I have planned. It is in Massillon, Ohio on July 28th and there will be almost 17 families and maybe more that have adopted from Guatemala..with a few families still in process. You are MORE then welcome to come on down and hang out but I am sure it is quite a drive for you...although I have no idea where in MI you live. It takes about 2.5 hours from here to get to Toledo. I can tell you that for sure. Let me know...I would love to meet you!
Hugs
