Healthy Baby

We had our ultrasound today and all went great! We were able to see the "little one" moving and groovin' all through the ultrasound. He was such a wiggler! We saw His 5 fingers and toes, His 4 heart chambers, His bones were measured and were right on track, His cerebellum was measured and is good, He weighs 8 oz, and we saw all of His major organs and they were all right on track for growth. He is growing wonderfully! It was really neat when I felt Him kick me as I watched it on the screen. I have been feeling Him kicking me for weeks and it is keeping me up at night....this "little one" is strong! He just may be joining His nieces on the soccer field! After we left the appointment Philip and I went to my parents house to get Lincoln and to tell him the wonderful news...He is going to have a little brother! You heard right - It's a Boy!
We are so happy and can't wait to meet our new Son. Now comes the hard part....picking out His name! At least we have many more months to decide!

6th: his head measurement again (such a cute head...a little alienish, but cute)

7th and 8th: here are his head and body shots. I find them a little "creepy" because they look like sculls (duh, lol) but none-the-less that is my little dude staring right at us! He is probably wondering where all these soundwaves are coming from!
