Lincoln has been Tagged

Well, all of my friends are getting tagged lately, so, I knew that it would happen to me soon...
Lincoln has been tagged by Hannah and Tessa's mom, Amy. I am so glad she tagged me! It has been awhile since we've talked! Check out her blog: http://ourjourneytobabysister2.blogspot.com

Here are the rules...post 10 bits of random info. about Lincoln and tag 10 others. You may or may not already know these random things...also, I don't know if I can find 10 others that haven't been tagged already...but her goes...

1.) He absolutely loves his rabbits. They go where ever he goes. He holds one under each armpit...it is so cute. Each night when he goes to bed he takes them one by one and kisses them and then tucks them under his arms again.

2.) He sucks on the edge of his blankets...he calls them pompees. It is kinda like a soother. He does this through out the day and also falls asleep with it in his mouth. He has to have 2 pompees with him all of the time. If he doesn't have them - then we have to stop everything and find them.

3.) Lincoln really likes to play outside. Lately, he has taken a liking to chasing the blowing leaves. It is quite a workout for me as I chase after him!

4.) He is VERY stubborn. I can relate - so am I! It is sort of comical to watch him as he is having a little stubborn moment...it makes me wonder...what is going on in his mind?!

5.) He gets angry and when he does - watch out! Or shall I say, "watch your hair!" He grabs a hold of your hair and clenches it tightly and yanks so hard that it feels like your scalp is being ripped off! I have to pry his hands open! Some say that this is a "phase" all children go through - he has been doing it since he was 9 months old. When will this phase be over!!!

6.)
If Lincoln has a "yucky" in his nose - He will get a Kleenex and wipe his nose and then throw the tissue away. That's pretty good for a 22 month old, eh? ( I have to supervise because if I don't, all of the tissue will be gone and strewn on the floor and he will be playing in the garbage.)

7.) At night when we say that it is "Night-Night" time, he will clean up all of his toys with out being asked. He will put the cars where they go, the balls in their tub, all of his books away. He is really good and organized. If he sees a car in the toy bin he will take it out and put it where it goes...he doesn't like them to be out of place. This is a great thing because his mama is an organizational freak and if he didn't do it, then I would!

8.) Lincoln likes bedtime. I have never seen a child more happy to go to bed. He loves it so much that he asks for it sometimes. He is a sleep lover. Some parents threaten their kid with having to put them to bed early...I can't do that because he would think of it as a treat...like he is being rewarded. Once when he was younger, I put him in his crib when I thought I would discipline him and he smiled such a HUGE smile! He was so happy...it was like he had just won the biggest playscape ever! He cuddled up and laid there like he was on top of the world with his beaming smile....I have not done that since...

9.) When Lincoln sees an animal he either pants like a dog while he points at it or he makes this really strange noise. It sounds like he is chocking on something or like he has a huge hairball...it was startling at first. He also trys to mimic me when I whistle . He screeches with his mouth shut. His nostrils flare when he does it...it's cute!

10.) When ever music comes on, Lincoln will dance with his papa. It is a no-fail. He WILL dance with him, whither papa wants to or not. He tugs on papa's pant legs while whimpering and tries to climb up his legs. Papa will pick him up and dance around the room with him and it is so sweet...especially after the Wiggles show! There are SO many songs throughout that show!!! He even wants to be held and danced with if a commercial comes on that has a background song on it! It is hilarious! Philip is so out of breathe that he has to leave the room and Lincoln will chase after him and try to drag him back when another song comes on...

Okay, that is my 10 random things on Lincoln. Lincoln is tagging the following people. If they have already been tagged - I apoligize - everyone is tagging everyone and no one is left!!

First of all, that was really touching and I didn't I know it must be hard for you. Time can only lessen so much, you know? I didn't really know what to say, I had no idea, but I wanted you to know that I would say a prayer.

Now as for the TEN THINGS...TOO cute...I love reading all these little facts about our kids! So much fun!
