Lunch with the ladies, hanging w/ the peeps, & playing in the shower!

Lincoln and I went to lunch the other day. We called Grandma Sandy and she was on her way to Applebees with Great-Grandma Bowron. They were meeting Aunt Greta and cousin Sharon. We were so excited to see them...it had been so long! I think that Lincoln was crushing on Sharon! He was flashing smiles her way all through lunch. We also spent time with Andrew and Ella this week. Lincoln is beginning to consider my work days as his playdates...he gets SO excited when we pull into their subdivision. He starts smiling and getting giddy and then repeatedly says, "Andoo...Ella...??!! Andoo...Ella??!!" It is adorable. Let me tell you - the kids are thrilled that he can say their names! He has learned a few words these past few weeks. (Andrew, Ella, Kayla (cousin), Grandma, "what's goin' on?", ) Honestly, he CAN say the words. He just chooses not to say them when you want him too. Typical child...but I PROMISE he does talk. Lately he has begun to ramble on and on with adorable non-sense. It goes something like this, "Mama? laga dolna bukta, Ma? nano hicpa soo" and then I reply, "Oh, Okay. Maybe later...yup..." It is quite fun! He is so serious when he talks, also. It's like he is entrusting me with a great, big secret...or something important like that. Other news on the homefront is that Lincoln has a newfound love for the shower. He absolutely loves it. I snapped some pics of him playing in the water. His thing is that he holds his plastic cup up to the falling water and collects it and then throws it either over his head or at the shower wall. I have to drag him out - kicking and screaming...he would be shivering, teeth chattering, and his fingers wrinkled and pruney. It is the end of the world if Mama takes him away from the falling water! We are very much looking forward to tomorrow. Lincoln has all of his valentines stuffed and waiting to be delivered. Amazingly he had 24 valentines to send out...that means that he has MORE friends than I do!!! Wow! We went to the post office this morning to send out some long distance valentines...so for all of the Aunt's and Uncle's and cousins...your "Happy Love Day" greetings are on the way!!! Enjoy the photos below and check back soon to see the Valentine Pictures!

Here I am in the morning eating my
