almost walking!

Well, Lincoln is ALMOST there! He can stand forever in one place and his balance seems to be great. He just won't take that step...he seems to concentrate and contemplate his next move and then chickens out and plops down to crawl. I have a feeling that it will happen really soon.
We have just been enjoying our time off and look forward to going back to work on September 4th. It has been nice being home these last few weeks but I really miss the kids and can't wait to see them again! It's hard to believe that school is next week! I am so excited! This is Ella's first year in school and I am sure she is getting excited to start! (as are the boys, too)
I took a few pics of Lincoln trying to get into his crib the other day....he had gotten in trouble and I put him in his crib for a little time-out but that didn't work. He LOVED it and I had to take him out because it was kinda like I was rewarding him by putting him in his crib! What a goof!

This is when I got into "trouble"...I took all of the clothes out of my dresser.

Mama just took me out of the crib and I really want back in!

I have climbed up onto it...now for the hard part-getting back into the crib!

If only I could lift my leg high enough...
