This morning I woke up with the inclination to be motivated...I really wanted to buckle down and get the party stuff situated and put together. After Lincoln and I shopped for some party stuff we came home and he took his nap while I stuffed the 18 party favor bags, stuffed the pinata with 18 bags of candy, sorted out all of the decorations to visualize the outcome of my creativity, and then I stashed all of the stuff aside and worked on cleaning my pig sty of a home...working everyday is great, however, the house ends up looking like a disaster! Dishes...check...waters flowered...check...laundry...I'll come back to that...vacume...check...
After all of that I deserved a rest! I feel like I have been on the go-go-go!
I then called my wonderful mother-inlaw. To see if she'd be able to get me some things that I still needed from Sam's Club. I have to work tonight and still need to get drinks for tomorrow, hot dog buns, and chips. Plus, I have to order the balloons and try to find a new top to wear for tomorrow. I knew that I wouldn't have time to do it all before leaving for work...she is a lifesaver! Thank you, Sandy!
and fast forward to late evening.... I didn't end up working tonight so I was able to do the laundry and clean house some more. Philip and I also filled 100 water balloons for the party. I have 100 more to fill in the morning...yippee! One of Philip's friends, that he works with and his wife, came over. We ordered pizza and watched a movie. I was so tired that I actually fell asleep and can't even tell you what the darned movie is about - let alone the name of it. Now, I am off to bed...Good Night...Sorry but I have no pictures to post. I am waiting to post the party pics from tomorrow! Check back tomorrow night!
